Operation Backpack
One of the defining marks of a Christian is compassion. That the parishioners of Christ Church possess a compassionate spirit was well evidenced in the response to our backpack drive.
The filled backpacks were delivered to Clementon Elementary School in Clementon New Jersey. Not only were the bags filled with necessary school supplies , but many of the donors included special items knowing that their bag will be given to a child in need.
A heartfelt thank you to all of you who generously worked to make this effort a success.
